The heartfelt intention behind my coaching is to facilitate the transformation of women's lives from the inside out so they may show up as their best selves--not just for themselves, but also for the ones they love most.
Simply put, I work with moms to close the gap between the women + mothers they want to be and the reality of how their lives are actually playing out.
Sharing strategies that help reduce conflict + strengthen connection within families is what I’m most passionate about.
We get one precious life + one equally precious chance to raise our kids, so I believe it's important to approach both mindfully; otherwise, we run the risk of living life on autopilot, unconsciously playing out old patterns when it comes to what we model and how we parent.
At the root of my philosophy is the idea that a mother can only give her children what she embodies herself, so our coaching will begin with an inward focus on her own desires, concerns, + goals; then, if she chooses, our coaching will progressively move outward to begin looking at what is + isn’t working in her home/family life.
It’s important to point out that the goal in personal development work + parenting is never perfection , but to simply get back on the path when we have found ourselves off.
My approach involves a blend of offerings: compassion, accountability, spiritual + personal growth principles, and Conscious Parenting/Discipline-inspired techniques.
That being said, my coaching style won't be the right fit for everyone. I commit to bringing each client my clearest energy + best effort; in turn, my ideal client is open-minded when it comes to personal growth work + parenting approaches that may feel non-traditional--maybe even out of their comfort zone--but are research-based and proven to be highly effective.
If your continual evolvement as a woman + parent are important to you and you approach new ideas in an open-minded way, my style of coaching is probably right for you!
As a Life Coach 4 Moms, I make every effort to be flexible + keep the process simple and affordable--no contracts, automatic withdrawals, or pricey pre-paid packages.
Following our free initial consult, simply choose a one-hour time slot once/week that works for you + pay in advance for the month ahead: 4 sessions for $400. (Depending on the day we meet, some months will have five sessions, not four. There will be no additional charge for the extra session.) Simply pay as you go, every month, for as long as you feel it is beneficial. At the end of each month you can choose to not renew or to repeat the 4-session (monthly) cycle, as many times as you'd like.
As a fellow mom, I understand that kids are wild cards, so just reach out if you need to reschedule--you will not lose the session you paid for. I offer flexible day, evening, + weekend hours to hopefully make it easier to find just one hour somewhere along the week that can be just for you, distraction-free.
See "what to expect" for more information about the schedule/fees.
I believe coaching is an investment in yourself + highly valuable toward creating your best life. However, I don’t believe it should be a "luxury item" inaccessible to those who have the drive + desire for change but not the means. Therefore, I offer opportunities to share information + insights with you that are free of charge, including the Calm Mom Instagram page, my Resources page, + free courses (coming soon!) that each contain a wealth of information.
If you want to invest in 1-on-1 ongoing coaching long-term but cost is an issue, please don't hesitate to reach out.
