The heartfelt intention behind my coaching is to facilitate the transformation of women's lives from the inside out so they may show up as their best selves--not just for themselves, but also for the ones they love most.
Simply put, I work with moms to close the gap between the women + mothers they want to be and the reality of how their lives are actually playing out.
We get one precious life + one equally precious chance to raise our kids, so I believe it's important to approach both mindfully; otherwise, we run the risk of living life on autopilot, unconsciously playing out old patterns when it comes to what we model and how we parent.
At the root of my philosophy is the idea that a mother can only give her children what she embodies herself, so our coaching will begin with an inward focus on her as an individual with her own desires, concerns, + goals; then, if she chooses, our coaching will progressively move outward to begin looking at what is + isn’t working in her home/family life. This will often include identifying + addressing behaviors she finds triggering, organizational issues, + “hacks” we can put in place to make family life run more smoothly.
It’s important to point out that the goal in personal development work + parenting is never perfection (a myth btw), but to simply get back on the path when we have found ourselves off.
My approach involves a unique blend of offerings: compassion, accountability, teaching of personal growth principles, spiritual support, humor, + Conscious Parenting/Discipline techniques.
That being said, my coaching style won't be the right fit for everyone. I commit to bringing each client my clearest energy + best effort; in turn, my ideal client is open-minded when it comes to personal growth work + parenting approaches that may feel non-traditional + out of your comfort zone but are research-based and highly effective. If your continual evolvement as a woman + parent are important to you and you approach new ideas in an open-minded way, we are likely the right fit! If, however, you pride yourself on being “set in your ways” or have an “it’s my way or the highway” approach to parenting, we may not be the right match.
I like to say, if what you’re doing is working for you (in parenting or life in general)...great! If not, it may be time for a new approach. BUT...you must be open + ready.
I believe coaching is an investment in yourself + highly valuable in creating your best life. However, I don’t believe it should be a "luxury item" inaccessible to those who have the drive + desire for change but not the means. Therefore, I offer opportunities to share with you that are free of charge, including Instagram, my Resources page, + the Calm Mom podcast (coming soon!) that contain a wealth of information. If you want to invest in 1-on-1 ongoing coaching long-term but cost is an issue, please don't hesitate to reach out.
The last thing a mom needs is anything complicated, so I make every effort to be flexible + keep my fees simple—$99/session (hour) with no contracts or pre-paid packages. Simply pay as you go, cancel (or restart) anytime, + reach out if you need to reschedule, even if it’s last minute (kids are wild cards). And no worries about finding a sitter for our sessions...I taught classrooms of up to 30 kids in one room, it’s okay if Boo-Boo’s making noise or on your lap.
